Communities that have endured the most difficult challenges, such as those affected by mental illness, domestic violence, homicide victims, immigrant families, and others. Daniela was born and raised in El Paso, Texas where she earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Texas at El Paso - UTEP, before going on to obtain her M.A. in Sociology from Arizona State University. 

Throughout her career in human services, including social work, Daniela has held various roles, including Navigator Supervisor for Centro de la Raza, an organization rooted in the Latino community of Washington State.
